Real Estate Portfolio Optimization

How many “doors” or assets do you need to say you have a “real estate portfolio”? Is support in the management of existing real estate assets reserved for the world’s leaders who have multi-million dollar fortunes? For many years now, I have been working with real estate investors who have built their portfolio, often from scratch, and have been able to make it grow so that it continues to deliver the profitability they desire.

I am not simply a sales broker, a real estate coach and even less a building manager. I am a real estate investment advisor who helps you manage your portfolio and your sales/acquisition strategy and helps you structure your strategy to achieve your goals. I work closely with people who currently hold several real estate assets and want to develop them. For example, they may want to increase their assets, generate more cash flow, plan their retirement or estate. To this end, I will take you through a number of steps:

Asset valuation

How big is your real estate portfolio and what are its assets? What is your financial situation and level of debt? Since every investor is different, I start from scratch each time and assess your financial situation based on your total assets. This gives me a clear overview and a solid foundation to start the process.

Defining your expectations and goals in the short, medium and long term

What do you expect from your real estate portfolio and even your real estate investment advisor? Which of your past transactions made you feel good and which ones would you change if you had to do it again? This is the time to define your expectations and then draw up a roadmap, find opportunities that suit you specifically and that you are comfortable with.

In real estate investment as in life in general, there is more than one way to reach a destination. I will therefore propose different strategies to achieve your goals and then we can jointly determine which one is best for you. This may change as we optimize your real estate investments. I also won’t hesitate to take you off the beaten track and present you with opportunities that you may not be aware of.
